When does Creepy Crate ship?

We ship Creepy Crates between the 15th and 17th of the month. Subscribers receive Creepy Crates every other month.

What is the last day I can place an order / cancel an order / make a change to my order before Creepy Crate ships?

The last day to make an changes to an order – including placing the order, canceling your order, changing your address or credit card information – is on the 10th of the month. This is the date that our order list is finalized for the following shipment.

My shipping address changed; what do I do?

Subscribers can now access and update their accounts by logging in here.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your credit card once you place your order. Then your card will be charged every other month until you cancel your subscription. If you selected our 6-month (3 crates) or our 12-month (6 crates) pre-pay plan, you will be charged the full amount for all crates (plus shipping) at time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew on the 5th of the month. 

How do I pause my subscription?

If you need to stop receiving crates for a while, you can pause your subscription and resume it later! Just log into the customer portal.

From here, click on "Manage Subscription". Underneath "Subscription Status" just click "Pause Subscription"! You can resume any time by logging in and choosing "Resume Subscription". 

How do I cancel my subscription?

 We're sorry to see you go! Please email us at creepycrate@the-line-up.com so we can help! 

Customers can cancel anytime by logging in to our customer portal.

How many boxes do you ship a year?

We ship every other month, so we ship out 6 boxes per year.

Can I give Creepy Crate as a gift?

Yes, although we recommend knowing your recipient very well because they might think you're, at best, a psychopath—or, at worst, a serial killer—for giving them such a creepy gift. Please note that at this time we do not provide gift wrapping or personalized messages to recipients.

Can I purchase Creepy Crates from prior months?

Yes! Go check out past items in our shop!

An item arrived broken; what do I do?

Email us at creepycrate@the-line-up.com, and we will work with our shipping service to make sure you receive a replacement item or a creepy product of similar value.

Can I purchase 6 or 12 months of Creepy Crate now?

Yes! We now have 6 or 12 month pre-paid plans available. Please see our subscriptions page for more information.

Does Creepy Crate ship to me if I live outside of the US?

Yes! We ship internationally. Please be aware that additional customs duties and fees may apply. 

How long does it take for a Creepy Crate to arrive?

Please allow at minimum 3 to 5 business days for all orders shipping within the United States; for international orders, please allow at minimum 8 to 10 business days.
